This Site

This page is about me, my work and my interests. I write about webdevelopment and all that is related to it. Backend Development with PHP and Frontent with webstandards, (X)HTML, JavaScript, AJAX goo while mainly using jQuery, my own Functions and PlugIns, sometimes there may also be a little Prototype be involved. I am also developing some kind of love for the Scala language that is a nice language with great potentials, espacially in scalability. The next big thing if you would ask me. And yes, I will also write about my steps trying that out.

This is not my first blog, but I decided at some point that I didn’t like where it was heading, so I took a long break and now I’m trying a start over. So I better be going and write some stuff, you may like. And please feel free to write some comments and give some feedback about something you do or do not like. So I can write about stuff you want to read.

There is not much to tell here. Yes, I actually work as a professional frontend developer at XING. Yes, I do work as a webdeveloper since a while ago. And yes I am german. (That you may have noticed while reading the twitter feed.)

Secrets

There are two secret projects I am working on right now. From time to time I will probably give some hints and to talk of them a little bit. They won’t change the web, but they will be very cool.
